Note that by placing an order with us via text, online, phone, email or with our sales Representative, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to our terms and conditions.

Before we begin, we need to confirm that you have read and understood our policies. It is important to us that our customers are aware of our guidelines to ensure a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience.

 

Important New Policy\April 2nd, 2024. In the event of a Law Enforcement Seizure of any kind, Happy Shaman will take 50% of the loss and the Customer will incur 50% of the loss as well.  Shipping insurance does not cover Law Enforcement Seizure and the merchandise is never returned.

Shipping Policy

Lost or Stolen in Shipping for Business Address Deliveries.

For accounts that have business addresses only, we will cover only 50% of any lost box(s) or stolen items from boxes in the shipping process.

You will be issued a credit for 50% of the amount of the invoice in which your shipment was lost or stolen and this 50% credit will be applied to your account for any merchandise that may have been stolen out of your box(s).

​

You will have to purchase the remaining 50% of insurance to protect your merchandise.

​

This insurance is sold to us by UPS at $13 to cover $1000. So if you have a $4000 invoice, you will need to buy 2 units of insurance at $13 each to cover the additional $2000 that we are not covering.

For orders of 5 pounds or more, you need to pay for Next Day Saver shipping for us to cover 50% of the shipment.

 

Return Policy

You will have 24 hours from the time that you receive any Happy Shaman THCa merchandise including Flower and or Prerolls to ask for a return.

After 24 hours of receiving any Happy Shaman THCa products, you can no longer return it.

If you are approved for a return, your credit will be based on weight per gram measured by what is being returned.

We are not responsible for your State and Local laws that may or may not change in the future.

 

Residential Deliveries Policy:

***Adult Signature Required for Residential Deliveries.

1. We don't take responsibilities for orders if lost in shipment for Residential.

2. We take no responsibility for items that are stolen from the address after delivery.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the package is secure after delivery.

CANCELLATION POLICY
​In general, no orders can be canceled and no cancellations are guaranteed. We can try to accommodate a request, but we cannot guarantee customer service will see your request, or be able to accommodate your request, before the package is shipped to you.
This policy includes cancellations for any reason, as well as requests for changes in shipping addresses. If a package is not delivered due to an inaccurate address provided by the customer at the time of purchase HAPPY SHAMAN is not responsible for a replacement, refund, or credit.
While we will try to accommodate any requests we receive, if we are unable to cancel your order, you will need to mail back the unopened product, in perfect condition, at your own expense, in order to get a refund. If a package was shipped to a wrong address input by you at checkout, it is up to you to retrieve the package and return the unopened product, in perfect condition, back to us before you can get a refund.

COAs provided are the only COAs we will adhere to. All products sold are verified or believed to have come from hemp licenses, either our own and Jvs or 3rd party farms and labs. All products at the time of testing were below .3% THC-D9.
Due to the lack of regulation and practices in the testing industry we do not agree to refund or return for any outside lab results.
We have to believe in the COAs that are either provided by us testing products or by the farms providing products in the 3rd party aggregation.
​Please verify with your local State Attorney Generals office and district attorneys office to determine if they are prosecuting for the above purchased items and your local law enforcement to see how they are viewing these products before purchase.
It is your responsibility to determine if your State is prosecuting for the sale or shipment of these items.
We are unable to keep up with the ever changing interpretation of laws in their incubation stages. We aim to act in accordance with the laws and request that you do your due diligence.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders are shipped daily Monday – Friday.
Typically orders are shipped within 1-3 days of ordering.
Orders placed ON FRIDAY  after the shipping deadline – 3 pm EST will be shipped on Monday, which adds one business day to the estimated arrival.

Business Days
Business days mean working days, Monday through Friday. Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays do not count as shipping days.
